- Strictly NO parties allowed
- Cancellation: Bookings are refundable up to 14 days before arrival.
- Primary guest: The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age.
- Smoking : Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Claddagh Living homes.
- We do not permit the use of Air Fryers or Portable Heaters
- If you have unauthorized guests staying in the property you will be charged
- Towels - Bath + Hand towels are provided x1 per person along with a complimentary Shower Gel + Shampoo in each bathroom.
